Founded by Mr Lee Kiam Yan in year 1995, our company initially focused on providing air conditioning repair and installation services for residential customers and hotel maintenance but rapidly expand our business scope to serve a wider range of customers from different industries.

With more than 25 years of experiences in this industry, we are now serving customers from industries including small and big scale hospitality, retail shops, educational institution, government building, manufacturing factory and high rise buildings.
